Payflow

01 Overview & Problem

Payflow is a cutting-edge logistics payment platform designed to streamline financial operations across the supply chain. Their mission is to empower businesses by reducing operational friction, enhancing cash flow visibility & accelerating growth. To support this vision, Payflow requires a modern, high-converting one-page landing page that effectively communicates Payflow’s value proposition, showcases its key features and benefits & drives user conversions through intuitive design and persuasive calls-to-action

Problem
Logistics providers struggle with slow, unreliable cross-border payment systems that create delays, disrupt cash flow, and hinder operational efficiency.

Executive Summary & Solutions
Payflow addresses these pain points by offering a user-centred platform that prioritises speed, security & integration. The solution is through clear messaging, intuitive navigation & responsive design across all devices.

User Personas

Research
Based on research conducted, it was revealed that transparency, security, system integration, and delayed invoicing are critical concerns for users. For example, small businesses like Gustav’s trucking company prioritised timely payments to maintain cash flow, while larger enterprises like Bianca’s logistics firm emphasised compliance, fraud prevention & centralised payment systems.

Insights
These insights shifted my focus from simply speeding up payments to creating a platform that balances speed, transparency, trust, and efficiency, ensuring Payflow meets the diverse needs of users across the logistics ecosystem.

04 Results & Impact

Impact
I developed a high-fidelity, interactive prototype in Figma. This served as a single source, providing developers & product managers with a clear, functional visualisation of the final product’s intended look, feel, and user flow.
This resulted a well-defined MVP, empowering the product owner & marketing team with a tangible concept to present to stakeholders. This asset could be crucial for securing buy-in & aligning all parties on the product’s strategic direction ahead of development.
