
@home Omnichannel – Experience Design
This campaign involved designing a targeted, data-driven email series to introduce @home’s latest product collection, now exclusively available through the BASH app. By leveraging personalised content, compelling visuals, and clear CTAs, the campaign aimed to:
• Increase user engagement by showcasing key products tailored to audience preferences.
• Drive app downloads & retention by emphasizing seamless in-app shopping benefits.
• Strengthen brand loyalty through a cohesive, on-brand narrative.
The emails combined minimalist design, mobile-first optimisation, and behavioural triggers to maximize open rates and conversions. Success was measured through click-through rates (CTR), app installs, and post-campaign sales analytics.
